Welcome to Evoke by Suhita. Here are answers to some FAQs. Please read carefully before ordering.

COLLECTIONS

Every few months Evoke will come up with a collection of statement jewelry hand-made in my Seattle area studio from unique materials collected and curated from all over the world.

Pretty much all of Evoke jewelry is truly one of a kind - so once sold that design is gone and won't ever be remade.

ORDERS

Your order is very important. Once an item is paid for, it'll be quality checked, lovingly packaged and then sent out to you. This also mean it can take as much to 2-5 days before shipment. If there happens to be more of a wait we do our best to drop you an email. Be assured we do our best to get them to you as quickly as possible. All orders placed over the weekend will not be processed until the coming Monday.

SHIPPING

Domestic: Shipping is FREE within US via USPS First Class Package Service for orders over $25. Tracking is available. Signature Confirmation is also available at a fee.

International: Flat rate International shipping is available to Canada, Europe, Australia, UAE and Singapore through USPS First Class Mail service. Tracking is not available.

For all other international destinations shipping is available via DHL Express. Rates will be calculated at checkout and will depend on the weight of the package.

Shipping and handling are non-refundable. In case of a domestic order refund, an amount of $8 will be deducted from the price originally paid.

TRACKING

Domestic Orders: Your order should take about 2 to 5 days once shipped depending on your location. You can follow your package with the tracking information given with your shipping confirmation.


International Orders: If you have chosen USPS First Class Mail Service, your order should arrive 1 to 3 weeks after we ship it. Please be patient! It's on its way!
We are not able to track an order once it makes it past customs. You should receive a custom's number via email when you are notified that your package has been shipped. Use this number to assist you on tracking down your package once it has been sent.

DHL/UPS orders will receive a tracking number with which the progress of the package can be monitored.

DUTIES

Some countries may charge import duties or other random fees. Sorry, we have no control over this and it's your responsibility to pay for any fees. We value your package at the accurate amount you paid for the item through our website.

FOREIGN CURRENCY CONVERSION FEES

All transactions on the Evoke website are processed in US dollars.

If you are using an international credit card or PayPal from another country, please note, there might be a foreign transaction fee charged for your purchase by your bank. We won't be able to reverse that charge from our end.

LOST PACKAGES

Evoke is not responsible for any lost or stolen packages once it has been shipped from our facility. Orders are sent to the exact address given to us for shipping. We are not responsible for the cost of lost or returned packages due to a wrong address.

RETURNS

All sales are final. Refund or Exchange is offered on certain special cases. Please email me at evokebysuhita@gmail.com or info@evokebysuhita.com or contact me via direct message on Evoke's Facebook or Instagram page to check if your purchase qualifies for refund or exchange.

DAMAGED PRODUCTS

Every piece is quality checked before it is shipped out but, there is always human error. So, if an Evoke item reaches you damaged, please contact me immediately with photographs of the item as well as the packaging. I will try my level best to resolve the issue, by either repairing/replacing the item if possible or refunding the amount paid if the product is damaged beyond repair. Damage reported after 15 days from the date of delivery might be eligible for repair, but not for replacement or refund.

EXCHANGE

If you're not 100% happy with your Evoke ornament, you can opt for exchange. In that case you will bear the cost of sending back the item in pristine condition, as well as pay for shipping the new item

SIZE/WEIGHT

All items have their length and weight mentioned. Please choose your items carefully. If you need alterations, please contact me before purchasing because some items may or may not be altered. Any kind of alteration work will be undertaken after full payment and an additional 5 days will be added to the shipping schedule. Complaints about an item being too long/short or heavy will not be entertained.

MATERIALS

Evoke prides in being 100% transparent about the materials used for each creation and I try to source the best possible materials that my business can afford. However, I cannot guarantee the authenticity or quality grade of a stone because I am not a certified gemologist and have to depend on my vendors for description and quality assurance.

GIFTS

Order invoices are put inside every outgoing package. If your item is a gift and you would like us to exclude the invoice in the shipment please email evokebysuhita@gmail.com with your order number.
